Yoga of Knowledge and Action Self-Responsibility workshops adhere to the Bhagavad Gita’s chapters 3 and 4; Yoga of Jnana/Knowledge and Karma/Action. These two Yoga practices are key elements in the embodiment of truth and activity in a non-objective manner. Jnana-Yoga of knowledge lead us to make a reality check of our temporary possessions and their innate properties: our bodies, minds and electromagnetic energy fields. Karma-Yoga of action inspire us to act without seeking the rewards of our actions; emphasizing that if our actions are accompanied with expectations, our overall development will be limited accordingly to those expectations. Therefore, by observing carefully these two Yoga practices our meditation and acceptance of all that is can be practiced freely everywhere and in any setting. Self-Responsibility workshops are fully experiential, the conscious integration of body/mind/electromagnetic energy field is a gradual process relatively to each participant. These three aspects of our reality seem to be at times outside of our control and yet the main cause of these feelings is our mind’s limited belief systems that cause excessive unnecessary conscious and unconscious mind control over the body. This kind awareness shapes our perception in a limited way of what is real, and thus makes us believe that we are unable to enjoy, or unable to create a harmonious life. The workshops contain practices and exercises that facilitate the individual exploration of the body, mind and electromagnetic energy field of the body, as a means to assist the participant to the experiential realization of these three aspects of ourselves. The development of the conscious understanding of what each of them can do and how they are always in relationship working together; will assist us to take full responsibility of their integration. Gradually, we become open to a whole new world of possibilities, as we experiencewhat our innate true nature is; a state of total acceptance of all that is. Everybody is welcome to the workshop; no prior training or knowledge is needed. Each participant learns to trust his/her own inner wisdom to lead by doing. If you are professional or a novice at what you do; you will experience tools that will assist you to breathe and to move more freely; to improve your life, health and relationships in many ways with minimum effort.
